Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Schleich® purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
